If you have been ordered to do community service, you are required to register in the county you are sentenced in.

If you have been sentenced in another county and are transferring to El Paso County, please bring a copy of the referral.

If you have been ordered to do community service for a case in El Paso County Colorado you will need to register with Front Range Community Services, INC. (FRCS) and pay the $75.00 fee. You may register for community service prior to sentencing, pay the fee and complete your hours. FRCS does offer a payment plan for those that desire to make payments.

If you live in El Paso County Colorado you will need to register in person.

FRCS is located at 11 E Vermijo Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, across the street from the court house. We can be reached at (719)442-2201. When you come in to register, please print your name on the sign in sheet, at the front of the office, pick up a registration form to fill out and have a seat until a coordinator calls your name. FRCS accepts cash, check or money order only for payment, we do not accept credit cards or debit cards, also there is not an ATM machine located in our office but there are ones nearby.

If you live outside of El Paso County, we can fax or mail a registration form to you. We can transfer you to a different county, or another State if necessary.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM and Saturdays From 9AM to 1PM. We are closed Sundays and Federal Holidays.

You do not need an appointment nor do we accept appointments, clients are served on a walk in basis.
